Refund policy

We want ProAIVideoEditor to work for you. If it won't install on your computer, we'll help you fix it first, and refund you if we can't.
When you can get a refund
- You ask within 7 days of buying, by emailing payment@vatechsavvy.com with your license key.
- ProAIVideoEditor won't install or run on your computer, and we couldn't fix it together.
When refunds are not available
- After 7 days from purchase.
- You changed your mind after your license key was activated or the editor was downloaded.
- You don't have an AI app it needs (such as Claude Code or ChatGPT Codex). This is listed before you buy.
- The editor works, but you no longer need it.
How much is refunded
Refunds are the amount you paid minus PayPal's processing fee (4.40% + $0.30 USD). PayPal keeps this fee and does not return it to us.
Example: you paid $1,680.00 ($1,500 + 12% tax). The refund is $1,605.78.
What happens after a refund
The refund goes back to the PayPal account or card you paid with. PayPal usually shows it within a few days. Your license key is switched off, and the editor stops working on your computer at its next license check.
